Thanksgiving week in review

I had a pretty gosh darn wonderful week at home during the holidays. First I helped my dad lay tile (I don't have pictures because I was too busy working!)
I got to welcome home Sister Mendenhall (my cousin) from the Illinois mission:

Getting the cell phone back makes it official!

There was a sweet buck in the neighbors yard who was courting his lady friends:
On thanksgiving brother felt the need to ride his bike 100 miles to Richmond Utah to work up a Thanksgiving day appetite:

(The only thing that would have been more awesome is if he would have contracted a device to carry a pie on the back!)
The highlight of our day is when I saw a mouse in the garden and the dog chased it for about an hour and we then went around the whole farm looking for hidden treasures and more mice to chase (not to productive)
My mother and 97 year old grandmother

Dad and brother dressing like twins (dad brought his clothes for K-dawg to wear after his ridiculous bike ride)

My cousin really loves to make scarf. And my brother really loves to pick up the dog any time he gets a chance!
We then went on an amazing pheasant hunting trip. The weather was good, the birds were bountiful (because we paid for them to be bountiful!) and the view was beautiful!
Preparing for the hunt. 0:5 clay pigeons were hit and 0:7 birds were hit (by me) and I would like to say this shows I am a very consistent shooter!
I kept ducking every time a bird came out and soon my dad and Lance were yelling "I don't care if you hit anything, we want to see led in the air" Aren't those some good looking birds! (we did have a few that managed to escape to freedom, that is until the wolves come out to eat them in the night) Upon further investigation the picture of the actual pheasants is not shown and I don't know where it went, but you can imagine their feathery beauty!
